ABSTRAKT
The article describes how through capital market can be knowledge society established. The capital market allows people to invest to their skills and due to the investment improve their income. However some barriers prevent capital market to play its role. First one is position investment and second one is the fact that poor people have not enough money to invest into their skills. The article shows how the principle of moved price can solve the problems of position investment and non-ability of poor people to invest into their skill. Pareto-improvement that can be achieved due to investment into human skills are in detail described and explained.
